Acabrunat 100 mg contains acalabrutinib, a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, primarily used in the treatment of certain types of blood cancers, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).

Mechanism of Action:
By specifically inhibiting Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), acalabrutinib disrupts signaling pathways that support the proliferation and survival of B-cell malignancies. It assists in reducing or halting the proliferation of malignant cells by blocking BTK.
Uses:
- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
- Mantle Cell Lymphoma (in patients who have received at least one prior therapy)
Dosage and Administration:
The usual recommended dose is 100 mg taken twice daily. Swallow the capsules whole with water, and do not open, break, or chew them.

- Headache
- Fatigue
- Diarrhea
- Musculoskeletal pain.
- Increased risk of infections
- Bleeding problems
- Heart rhythm disturbances.
