Product Description
Kamajoy-D Tablet is a dual-action oral formulation containing Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine, designed for the management of erectile dysfunction (ED) associated with premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. This combination helps improve erection quality while also delaying ejaculation, supporting enhanced sexual performance and satisfaction.
Kamajoy-D is intended for use only under medical supervision and is suitable for patients who require combined therapy for ED and PE.

Indications / Uses

Mechanism of Action
Sildenafil enhances blood flow to the penile tissue by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, facilitating erection during sexual stimulation.
Dapoxetine increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, helping delay ejaculation and improve control.
Dosage & Administration
Take 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, or as prescribed by a physician
Do not exceed one dose in 24 hours
Sexual stimulation is required for effectiveness
Dose adjustment may be necessary based on tolerance and response
Precautions
Not recommended for patients with severe heart disease, recent stroke/heart attack, or low blood pressure
Avoid use with nitrates, nitric oxide donors, or other SSRIs
