1. Responsibility for Indian Customs Clearance
We take full responsibility for ensuring that every order is properly processed and 100% cleared through Indian customs before being dispatched.
All documentation, regulatory formalities, and legal clearances within India are handled by our experienced team to ensure smooth shipment processing.
2. Refund Guarantee (Before Dispatch)
In the rare event that the order fails to clear Indian customs due to unforeseen circumstances, we assure our clients of a 100% refund of the payment received — no questions asked.
This applies only if the goods have not yet left India and the clearance was unsuccessful from our side.
3. Post-Dispatch Responsibility
Once the goods have been successfully cleared by Indian authorities and dispatched from India, the responsibility of customs clearance in the destination/importing country lies entirely with the buyer/importer.
Ernest Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. will provide all necessary export documentation to support the clearance process, but we are not liable for any customs delays, rejections, or regulatory issues that may arise in the importing country.
4. No Refunds After Shipment
Once the goods are in transit or have reached the customs of the destination country, no refund will be applicable, regardless of the situation. Buyers are advised to ensure all required import permissions, registrations, and licenses are in place before placing an order.
This policy ensures mutual accountability while maintaining professionalism and fairness. We recommend that all clients thoroughly understand their country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
