Product Description:
Artesunate Injection (Artecan) is a fast-acting antimalarial medicine used in the treatment of severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria and malaria infections resistant to other drugs. It contains Artesunate, a semi-synthetic derivative of artemisinin, extracted from the sweet wormwood plant (Artemisia annua).
This injection acts rapidly to reduce the number of malaria parasites in the blood, providing quick relief from symptoms such as fever, chills, and anemia. It is highly effective in emergency and hospital-based malaria management.
